How do I enable or setup integration with Customer Helpdesk?

- Make sure you have 'helpdesk' folder installed on your 'oneadmin' directory.
- Login to your One Admin panel.
- Click on admin > Installation, and install the Customer Helpdesk component onto your One Admin panel.
Note: Remember to setup a helpdesk page on your website, such as http://your-domain-name/helpdesk.php.
- Click on the FAQ Support icon, and click on Preference title.
- In the Integration with Customer Helpdesk section, select 'Yes' to allow integration.
- Enter the fully qualified URL of the helpdesk page on your website in the box provided. For said, http://your-domain-name/helpdesk.php.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Save' button.
